Tech Potentia (and its lawful licensors) retains exclusive ownership, worldwide copyright, patent rights, trade secret protections, and all other intellectual property rights in and to:

Clients contracting Tech Potentia retain full title and copyright in their pre-existing trademarks, data, and business logic. Bespoke custom code deliverables created under an executed Statement of Work transfer to the Client exclusively upon full payment settlement, as detailed in our Client Services Policy.
3. User Content & License Grant
You retain ownership of any study notes, custom repertory annotations, or clinical case records you submit to HomeoNote™. You grant Tech Potentia a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and process such content solely to provide, operate, and maintain the Services for your benefit.
4. Unauthorized Copying & Reverse Engineering
Except as explicitly permitted in writing, you may not modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, scrape, extract model weights from, or create derivative works based upon Tech Potentia software, UI designs, or HomeoNote™ repertory compilations.
5. Copyright Notices & Takedown Procedure
Tech Potentia respects the intellectual property rights of creators in accordance with the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. If you hold a good-faith belief that content hosted on our platform infringes your copyright, please dispatch a written notice containing:
- Physical or digital signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material to be removed, including specific URLs;
- Your address, telephone number, and official email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is unauthorized.
