The Cardinal Principle of AI Output

AI-generated or AI-assisted output should NEVER automatically be treated as verified fact, professional medical advice, clinical diagnosis, prescription, or therapeutic determination. Human professional verification is mandatory.

1. Purpose & AI Systems Deployed

Tech Potentia engineers autonomous agent workflows, software automation pipelines, and clinical learning companions. This policy delineates the algorithmic architectures, data isolation boundaries, and risk mitigation protocols governing our AI implementations.

Agentic AI & Software Automation:Autonomous task-planning agents, LLM-driven code synthesizers, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise clients.
HomeoNote™ Clinical Suite:Acoustic speech-to-text scribing, semantic repertory indexing, comparative Materia Medica cross-referencing, and synthetic student exam simulations.

Your Data Is Never Used to Train Public Models: Neither Tech Potentia nor our underlying enterprise foundation model providers (such as Google Cloud Vertex AI or OpenAI Enterprise) use your prompts, clinical notes, patient audio transcripts, proprietary codebase, or client requirements to train, fine-tune, or improve public machine learning models.

All API calls are executed under enterprise zero-data-retention (ZDR) confidentiality agreements. Inputs are processed ephemerally and evicted from model memory immediately upon completion of generation.

3. Technical Limitations: Hallucinations, Bias & Inaccuracy

Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks are probabilistic systems that predict likely token sequences. Consequently:

  • Hallucinations: AI models may generate outputs that appear convincing but are factually erroneous, obsolete, or clinically unsupported;
  • Omissions: Models may fail to identify rare homeopathic rubrics, atypical clinical symptoms, or edge-case software defects;
  • Algorithmic Bias: Training distributions may reflect underlying historical biases across digitized medical corpora.

4. Clinical AI Restrictions & Human-in-the-Loop

HomeoNote™ is strictly a clinical decision-support and educational learning tool. Under no circumstances does HomeoNote™ act as an autonomous medical practitioner.

Mandatory Professional Verification: Every rubric suggestion, comparative remedy synthesis, and clinical scribe note must be independently reviewed and verified by a licensed healthcare professional before any clinical action is taken.

No Emergency Use: The platform is completely unsuitable for acute medical emergencies, life-threatening conditions, or critical intensive care triage.

5. Intellectual Property of AI-Generated Content

To the extent permitted under applicable law, Tech Potentia makes no claim of copyright ownership in raw, unedited AI-generated outputs produced in response to your prompts. As between Tech Potentia and you, you own all rights in outputs generated through your validly subscribed account, subject to third-party model licensing terms.

6. Prohibited AI Uses

  • Adversarial jailbreaking or prompt injection attempts;
  • Generating medical disinformation or unlicensed prescriptive advice;
  • Extracting proprietary model weights or system prompts;
  • Automating discriminatory or defamatory decisions.
