HomeoNote™ Beta & Early Access Terms
Governing Student Waitlist Pioneers, Early Access Invitations, and Experimental Learning Features
1. Beta Status & Waitlist Enrollment
HomeoNote™ is currently in active beta testing. Submission of your email on our student waitlist constitutes an expression of interest to participate in preview cohorts. Waitlist registration does not guarantee immediate platform access, dedicated server allocation, or perpetual free usage. Invitations are dispatched on a rolling, staged cohort schedule at our sole discretion.
science2. Experimental Nature, Bugs & Service Downtime
Pre-Release Software: Beta builds are actively under development and may contain software bugs, syntax errors in rubrics, latency in voice scribing, or unexpected downtime.
Risk of Data Reset: During cohort database migrations, beta study notes or saved rubrics may occasionally be reset or modified. Beta participants should maintain independent personal backups of essential study notes.
3. User Feedback & Perpetual License
A core purpose of the Beta program is soliciting qualitative feedback from students, interns, and practicing homeopaths. If you submit feedback, suggestions, error logs, or feature ideas to Tech Potentia, you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, implement, and commercialize such feedback without attribution or financial compensation to you.
4. Confidentiality of Unreleased Features
Features, screenshots, API interfaces, and pricing structures explicitly marked as "Confidential Beta" may not be publicly disclosed, benchmarked, or shared on social media without Tech Potentia's prior written permission.
5. Commercial Migration & Revocation
Tech Potentia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any beta cohort or pioneer pass at any time without prior liability. Upon commercial launch, beta users will be offered the opportunity to migrate to commercial subscription tiers, subject to applicable student pioneer discount promotions.
